Web Producer

We are gathering applications for a position as a vendor on a Websters’ contract for a very exciting new men’s lifestyle project.

We’re looking for an editorially aware, tech-savvy producer to join our existing MSN content team and work with clients, colleagues and business managers to implement exciting solutions on a new digital property. Your role would be key in delivering the high-quality editorial and design values that ensure genuine user engagement and meet business requirements.

Along with a flair for making web pages look great, you’ll need to tick most, if not all, of the attributes in the profile below.

Knowledge, skills and profile

• Education to degree level
• Technical aptitude to pick up tools easily
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and work well under deadline pressure
• Great attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation together with ability to function as a member of a close-knit team, as well as across teams
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Technical/functional skills: good knowledge of HTML, XML, Adobe Photoshop. Prior experience of using content management tools (Product Studio, SharePoint Server; data templates etc.) is essential
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential
• Working knowledge of Web technologies and applications (PDF, CSS, Flash, video/audio formats) desirable
